Because these are specialty, custom made items produced after you submit your order, we are unable to accept returns. Therefore, all sales are final.

*About the prices
We begin with brand name merchandise and add the very high quality, detailed, embroidery. Some items may appear extraordinarily expensive. In some cases they are. The embroidered logo is of uncommon quality
and, therefore, cost.

Remittance
Alumni Honors only accepts payment through PayPal. Membership in PayPal is not required, though you may join for free if you wish. You may use major credit cards or other methods of payment accepted by PayPal.

Shipping
We ship to addresses in the USA only. Shipping & handling prices do not include insurance. Once the package ships, any risks of damage or non-delivery are yours. You may add insurance costs to your order and we will obtain insurance for the package.

We usually ship by U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Privacy Policy
Information collected during inquiries or orders may be maintained by Alumni Honors but is not shared with other commercial businesses. Contact information may be shared with non-commercial alumni organizations associated with your school. Information collected by PayPal for payments is subject to PayPal's privacy policy.

Customer Satisfaction
